Our pastry boutique is dedicated to the wonderful collections of our talented pastry chef, Cedric Grolet. Here you'll discover the simple pleasures of freshly-baked Madeleines and brioche Bundt cakes, alongside innovative creations such as the legendary ‘trompe-l’oeil’ sculpted fruit. To create the boutique, Cédric worked with Ciguë architects to design a space that was modern, chic and captured his creative vision, using materials such as enamelled lava and Hainaut blue stone.
