Iggy’s is named after its founder, award-winning Sommelier and respected restaurateur Ignatius Chan. Iggy as his friends call him, had always wanted to open a small, intimate restaurant that served exceptional food made with the very best, seasonal ingredients. Iggy’s is the culmination of this dream. The restaurant started as a 28-seat establishment on 1 September 2004 at the Regent Hotel. Guests had the option of sitting at a table or at its dinning counter, with the counter offering guests the opportunity to view the kitchen at work as well as interact directly with Iggy and his team. A new extension was opened on 15 March 2007 and added 2 private dining rooms and a show kitchen with a chefs’ table.

The milestone for Iggy’s came in 2010 when we were given the opportunity to relocate to The Hilton Hotel on Orchard Road. The new premises is almost twice the size of the restaurant at The Regent but seating capacity was maintained at its previous levels while the kitchen doubled in space. The new restaurant is a creative alliance betweeb celebrated designer Chris Lee of Asylum Creative and Iggy’s. Chris designed the restaurant interior, revamped the corporate identity and worked with us in creating a series of tableware which will be progressively launched. Iggy’s at The Hilton opened its doors on 15 September 2010.

The cuisine at Iggy’s is an amalgamy of Ignatius’ travels and dining experiences. Iggy works with our culinary team to create new dishes based on his favourite foods and food combination. The cuisine incorporates ideas and ingredients from Europe, Asia an Australia.

Dinner is served nightly from Monday trough Saturday, 19:00 - 21:30
We are closed on Sundays.
