Cafe Gray Deluxe, a 21st century Grand Cafe, offers stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The restaurant marks the return to Hong Kong of celebratedchef Gray Kunz, with his unique style of modern European classics and signature dishes from a lifetime leading the finest kitchen in Europe, Asia and America.

Chef Gray Kunz is known among his peers as a Chef’s Chef. Gray Kunz was the protg of the legendary Swiss Chef Freddy Girardet for 5 years before he came to the attention of Hong Kong gourmets in the 1980s, heading the iconic Plume restaurant at The Regent. Over the past 20 years in New York, he has been acclaimed as one of America’s most outstanding and celebrated, earning a maximum four stars by the New York Times at Lespinasse and awarded a Michelin star at his latest venture, Caf Gray at the Time Warner Center.

In 2002, Kunz was recognized by the Culinary institute of America as a Master of Aesthetics, an award only for a very small handful of professionals.

He is currently dedicated to ensuring his vision of excellence here in Hong Kong at Caf Gray Deluxe. He is committed to creating exceptional culinary dishes and providing great service to every guest that dines in Caf Gray Deluxe Hong Kong.
