The V Zátiší Restaurant is one of the Old Town’s best kept secrets. Established on the charming Bethlehem square, this cozy and elegant restaurant serves an exceptional cuisine with an excellent wine carte to accompany your meal. The menu, created by Milan Hořejš, offers a fine selection of fish (grilled sea bass, etc.), lamb, beef, venison and other Czech and international specialties, served with an accompaniment of fresh vegetables. Local producers are given preference as well as organic farmers. The numerous desserts available are all smooth and creamy and servings are copious.
Our chef Mahavir Kansval unveils the mystery of new tastes daily and enthusiastically shares his discoveries with the guests. Mahavir is by no means afraid of unconventional combinations. He also has added fresh, exotic tastes and intense smells of spices to the menu, making sure you will never be bored at V Zátiší.
It is no secret that the V Zátiší restaurant Managing Director, Libor Pavlíček, personally picks each wine carried by the restaurant. Believe me when I say that compromising is not his forte. Only the best years, selected batches and the most complex tastes make it to V Zátiší tables.
