Saja and his team bring a far-reaching yet perfectly integrated medley of first class food and beverage choices, whether it is crispy wood-fired pizza drizzling in premium Mozarella served beachside or a specially conjured six course wine-pairing menu. And as if that were not enough, another cornucopia of delights conjured by Saja is to be discovered at sister resort Karma Jimbaran, a short 15 minute ride away.
Suspended 85 meters above the surf on a rocky outcrop, di Mare is the most dramatically situated destination restaurants in Bali. Its semi-circular dining room, covered in light pre-tensile fabric, is built to resemble a yacht, framing a view of sea and sky that extends to the horizon.

Styled after a whimsical folly on some Greek island in the Aegean, complete with indigenous grass roof and bamboo platform, Nammos Beach Club presides over a pristine sweep of white sand and a tranquil turquoise lagoon whose only access is via Karma Kandara’s private inclinator, which carries guests effortlessly up and down 100 meters of sheer limestone cliff.
