With rooms ranging from the Deluxe City View Room with a layout comprising 42 square meters to the hotel’s stunning Presidential Suite with a layout of 294 square meters, the hotel has something for every preference. Guests will be swept away by views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline, as well as a world-class art collection and designer interiors. Dining
Serving Cantonese and regional Chinese cuisine, the Hung Tong kitchen uses traditional cooking techniques to create a contemporary dining experience in a modern setting. For lunch, guests can enjoy dim sum specialties as well as noodles, congee, roasted meats and soups. The dinner menu will feature signature dishes. For lighter fare, Asian-style snacks will be served from a separate bar menu, along with cocktails, and craft beers.
Dockyard features a bar and nine different kitchens serving a range of cuisines such as Western, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Chinese BBQ, Chinese Noodles and Dessert.
