The Skypool on level 52 offers a tranquil escape for guests. Facing west across the City, the 11×4 metre heated pool features stunning views of St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye and Westminster. Guests can also indulge in relaxing spa treatments either in the comfort of their room or in one of the spa residences.

Named after the first three of five constant virtues of Confucianism — Ren, benevolence; Yi, righteousness; and Li, propriety. Overlooking the majestic River Thames and the City of London with stunning views from floor to ceiling windows, Ren is the largest private room, with reception space for 140 guests. Looking out over London Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and beyond, Li is perfect for a group dinner of up to 30 guests. Yi offers an intimate boardroom setting for 12 guests or can be used for a reception of up to 15 guests. It looks out onto London’s famous Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, through floor-to-ceiling windows. Unique venue on level 34 can host bespoke weddings, civil ceremonies and receptions for 20 to 110 guests.
TĪNG restaurant, overlooking the meandering River Thames, Tower Bridge, Maritime Greenwich, and the historic counties of Kent, Surrey and Sussex, features an elegant and contemporary setting of Chinoiserie design and presents a modern European menu with subtle Asian influences, which features dishes made with locally-sourced ingredients.
Set within comfortable furnishings and providing an atmosphere of subtle glamour, TING lounge offers a distinctive à la carte menu of authentic Asian specialties alongside classic comfort food and two types of afternoon tea. Afternoon tea lovers are in for a treat with seasonal tea experiences that are made fresh using locally sourced produce. Enjoy a classic English afternoon tea or discover an Asian-inspired alternative. Gluten-free, nut-free and vegetarian versions of dishes are also available upon request at the time of reservation
Deriving from the Chinese word for ’pathway’, LÁNG, the hotel’s artisan deli and cafe on the ground floor features an inviting selection of Shangri-La’s renowned signature cakes, home-made chocolates and pastries as well as freshly prepared seasonal hampers, classic savouries and sandwiches for eat-in or take-away.
GŎNG, on level 52, derives its name from ’dougong’ - a unique structural element of interlocking wooden brackets, used in traditional Chinese architecture and also featured in the bar. The venue’s modern Asian design was inspired by the mythical aspect of cinnabar — a mineral that has been used historically to create the ’dragon red’ found in the walls of Chinese Imperial Palaces. The dramatic backdrop of London’s skyline makes GŎNG the perfect place for sunset cocktails and late night drinks. Alongside cocktails and drinks, guests can enjoy a classic English Afternoon Tea experience at new heights.
