Chinese Executive Chef Jack Li has worked in Chinese kitchens since 1980. With his credo “cook with passion”, he has worked hard to fully develop his culinary skills. He has served as a Chinese executive chef at the Beijing Great Hall Hotel and many hotels of international brands and cooked for a lot of China’s central leaders, foreign heads of state and celebrities from China and abroad.
