With an emphasis on classic Italian food, Vanitas is a luxury restaurant with finesse, where the chefs deliver expertly crafted Italian flavours using herbs picked fresh from the hotels’ gardens and specially imported produce.
Mosaico resides in an opulent setting at the very heart of the hotel and is a personal reflection of Gianni Versace’s ornate compositions. The
Enigma an avant-garde restaurant where captivating stories will be told by the world’s best chefs through a unique journey which combines passion for food and adventure, intertwined for a limited moment in time. These stories are an ‘enigma’, each time rising to much speculation and each experience inspired by a memory shared through what you see, smell and taste. The tribute to nature continues in the selection of local market ingredients that feature in the live-cooking stations, where guests can interact with our chefs and sample authentic cuisines from around the world. Giardino is also home to an international brunch every Friday, featuring an eclectic mix of traditional brunch favourites, Arabic, Chinese, Indian and Italian cuisines along with a live DJ.
Gazebo — nestled in the east wing of the hotel, facing the Ischia pool, lies Gazebo, a shisha lounge where you can sample a selection of Moroccan, Turkish and Lebanese mezze in the outdoors, or simply enjoy a variety of shisha flavours, from classic flavours to Palazzo Versace special mixes. The relaxed atmosphere that surrounds Gazebo along with the mosaic-tiled tables, snug cushions and warm atmosphere, make it the perfect al fresco dining option for a casual drink out in Dubai.
At Amalfi you take a break from the sun and swim across Portofino, the western lagoon pool, to savour authentic Italian fare.
