The essence and philosophy of Zannier Bãi San Hô is a desire to share Vietnam’s rich culture and history through a journey of the senses. Each architectural feature has been infused with vernacular tradition. Interiors are dotted with Vietnamese artefacts, paintings and local silk prints. Villas embody the pristine simplicity of their natural surroundings. Every private pool and terrace are as regenerative as their own private setting – from traditional rice paddy fields, dramatic hilltops or perched at the edge of the resort’s powder white beach.
Zannier Bãi San Hô is located in Phu Yen, a charming province characterized by beautiful mountains and beaches. Phu Yen is situated on Vietnam’s south-central coast, with three sides bordered by mountains and one side bordered by the South East Sea. The city of Tuy Hoa is the capital of the province.
Vietnam is a large country, but very well connected. The closest airports are Phu Cat (UIH) in Quy Nhon, and Tuy Hoa (TBB) in Phu Yen, that are a mere 60 to 80 minutes by car. Both rides offer you an insight into the welcoming charm of the area. Several daily flights connect Phu Cat and Tuy Hoa with Hô-Chi-Minh-city (1h10) and Hanoi (1h40). The Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR) in Nha Trang offers another alternative for international travellers. Limousine transfers are provided upon request

The magnificent 372 sqm Hoa Sen spa (literally meaning “Lotus Flower”) features seven treatment rooms (including 3 doubles), hammams, saunas, a tea room and large relaxation areas, ideal to unwind. A large number of excursions and activities* are offered at Zannier Bãi San Hô. Within the resort, guests can enjoy many leisure facilities including a 20-meter long swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a yoga & aerobics studio, a tennis court, a padel court, a state-of-the-art business center and a kid’s club. There is also a center of water sports and marine activities by the beach, that allows guests to enjoy various activities including snorkelling, fishing, paddling, hobie cat riding, kayaking… Sporting activities on dry land include walks, jogging tours, lagoon bicycle tours, pétanque, badminton, ping pong and many beach sports (football, volleyball, tennis)…
Guests will also be able to experience cultural discoveries (Phu Yen discovery tour, Cham Ruins excursions, visits to the nearby fishermen villages, shellfish farms or nearby temples, meetings with the local communities…) and culinary experiences (visiting the local market with the chef, rice planting & harvesting, attending Vietnamese cooking classes, experiencing bespoke scenic dinners, private bay picnic lunches, beach BBQ, fishing trips…).
Zannier Bãi San Hô features a children’s club open daily from 8 am till 5 pm. It welcomes children between 4 years to 12 years old and children under 4 years old accompanied with parents. Please note this is a non-supervised Kids Club. Optional private babysitter services can be booked with the application of a nominal fee. The proposed activities range from playing board games, enjoying creative activities in our library, reading in hammocks or playing outside games like ping-pong or badminton.
Zannier Bãi San Hô also features a lovely boutique where to buy beach essentials, traditional products or souvenirs.
The resort also offers a state-of-the-art business center with catering services, composed of a conference room of 76 sqm, a meeting room of 32 sqm, a courtyard, ideal to organize meeting breaks and a private dining room within the main building.
Despite its varied landscape and stretched geography, Vietnamese cuisine presents a brilliant balance of aromatics, heat, sweetness, sourness and fish-sauciness flavours. It is all about the yin and yang; the sweet and the salty, the cooling and the warming, the fresh and the fermented… At Zannier Bãi San Hô, we aim to showcase a variety of cuisine across the three restaurants and three bars of the resort.
At the resort’s nerve centre, Nhà ở, guests can enjoy all-day dining. The area – whose name literally means ‘house full of life – is composed of bright patio, a main restaurant with panoramic views, a covered terrace and an outdoor bar beside the main pool.
Located on top of a hill, this place evokes large communal areas, very popular in ancient Vietnam customs. There, guests can start the day with their breakfast, take some snacks or drinks while sunbathing near the swimming pool, enjoy a delicious lunch or a plan a romantic dinner with a view over the resort.
Very intimate, almost hidden, Hầm Bar is a beautiful cocktail bar located in the main building. Its name can be translated into ‘shelter bar’, and perfectly illustrates the “gentlemen’s club” spirit of this secluded and modern cocktail bar. Hầm Bar is a fusion of Vietnamese and French styles, with some design references to Indochina, including a rococo-style décor and aristocratic influences. A selection of premium spirits and sophisticated creative cocktails is on offer in this intimate cocktail bar.
Bà Hai is the traditional restaurant of the resort. It is a culinary journey and an immersion into the Vietnamese culture; an invitation to dive into the authentic, minimalist and sophisticated cuisine of Vietnam. Overlooking the rice-fields of the property, Bà Hai is an impressive 12-meter high building, on stilts, very characteristic with its steep sloped (almost vertical) ceiling made of bamboo, rattan and wood.
Located on the beach, Làng Chài is characteristic of a typical “fisherman village”. Built in wood, on stilts, and facing the sea, the traditional-style huts host a restaurant, a grill and a lively beach bar. It focuses on fresh fish and seafood prepared on request in an open-kitchen.
All day long, guests can enjoy freshly caught local fish & seafood. In the barbecue hut we offer a selection of grilled meat and pizzas directly from the wood oven. A Bánh Mì station (traditional Vietnamese sandwiches) completes the offer together with a selection of homemade Italian ice creams for the sweet-tooth.
