Dining

In-villa dining experiences
At Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, it took a few years of welcoming guests and refining how best to communicate the estate’s uniquely Tuscan spirit for the hotel’s team to fully realise that villas are homes — and that means home cooking. Of course you can order in; but room service is never quite going to reproduce the scent of freshly-grated truffles on a twirl of pasta strands straight from the pan, or the aroma of a slow-braised roast as your own private chef takes it, still sizzling, from the oven. In order to allow guests to appreciate to the full the warmth and intimacy of the Tuscan villas, a range of made-to-measure dining, catering and bar services, all available on a daily basis.
