A haven of peace, the third-storey Spa is home to three treatment rooms, where Aman’s natural products are used in therapies. Calm light fosters full recentering through a range of treatments, including body exfoliations and wraps, as well as a range of massages and facials. Drawing on elements of Swedish massage, reflexology and energy work, the Aman massage soothes body and mind, and can be combined with an exfoliation or wrap. The SPA’s signature foot treatment soothes after a day exploring the Canal. Himalayan salt exfoliation rebalances the circulatory system, followed by a peppermint and arnica foot massage finished with a hot compress.
The gym of the hotel is equipped with aerobic and strength-conditioning apparatus, with sweeping views over the city’s rooftops.
