The Widder Restaurant, awarded with 18 GaultMillau points and 2 Michelin stars, is the heart of the Widder Hotel in Zurich and skilfully combines the history of the city with the modern flair, which is presented through design and culinary delights. The Widder Bar is an institution of the Zurich bar scene. Open daily from 12 p.m. until late in the evening, our Widder Bar offers space and time for a quick lunch, the well-deserved after work drink in the afternoon and then becomes a nightlife hotspot. It is clear that the Widder Bar is Zurich’s cult bar and thus the avant-garde meeting place.
Boucherie, brasserie, bistro — AuGust combines all that in one restaurant. The menu features excellent meat and sausage specialties. The ambience is rustic, yet chic, and chef Tino Staub makes classics of regional cuisine and even almost forgotten meat dishes restaurant-quality again. In winter, the hustle and bustle on Rennweg can be comfortably observed through the large window fronts — in the warm summer months, the terrace beckons.

In the former parking garage of the hotel you dance and drink on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays until late at night. From 17:30 the Widder Garage in Augustinerhof 1 (directly behind Münzplatz / Bahnhofstrasse) opens its doors and holds sunny outdoor seating in the courtyard for the beautiful summer evenings. Every evening with live music from popular DJ’s of the city, cocktails as you know them from the Widder Bar and our afterwork secret tip: Pinsas. Pizza bases with fresh toppings that satisfy every hunger.
As a hospitality and agricultural group, The Living Circle aims to promote young talent.
