Dramatically perched on the 52nd floor of Park Hyatt Tokyo is the dynamic New York Grill, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering breathtaking views of Tokyo. The contemporary and sophisticated interior features four substantial paintings of New York scenes by Italian artist Valerio Adami and a wine cellar housing over 1,600 bottles of wines.
Since taking office in 2014, the restaurant’s Argentine head chef, Federico Heinzmann, has added a Latin flavour to the menu, all the while mixing in influences from a wide variety of cuisines, including Korean. Our Chef de Cuisine and his team practice their art in the stunning open kitchen, drawing guests into the dining experience. The menu features a wide selection of prime quality Japanese and imported beef, market fresh seafood and poultry roasted to perfection on the rotisserie.
