Raindrop Technique. Eleven different essential oils are dropped like rain along the spine and then feathered into muscle tissue before hot compresses are applied for greater absorption. This extraordinarily potent treatment remains active within the body from five to seven days and is ideal for detoxification, spinal alignment and optimal immune system function.
Juniper Muscle Soothing. A full body bath calms and relaxes the mind, body and soul. Regional body wrap treatment targets problem areas and eases muscle tension, aches, strains, sprains and stress. A friction massage is performed on specific tension areas.
Drift to Sleep is designed for an over active mind or the individual who has trouble falling and staying asleep. The ritual begins with an aromatherapy milk bath after sipping aromatic herbal tea, infused with specialized essential oils like lavender. A peaceful body massage includes warm aromatherapy oils, Reiki, cranial sacral holds, lymphatic drainage and other polarity techniques specialized to transition into the alpha state of sleep. Sleep therapists will then allow a 30-minute power nap under a warmed down duvet.
The state-of-the-art fitness center is open 24-hours a day seven days a week.
