Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong is located in the center of Hong Kong, on Connaught Road Central, a 40-minute drive from the international airport.

Dining

The restaurant Mandarin Grill + Bar is proud to have retained its Michelin star for the ninth year running. Using the finest organic ingredients and seasonally inspired produce, it offers an exciting, fresh interpretation of grill classics.

Stunning two-Michelin starred restaurant Pierre, situated on the 25th floor, is Pierre Gagnaire’s pied-à-terre in Hong Kong. It is here that diners can experience outstanding modern French cuisine in a stunning environment. With a culinary team led by Gagnaire’s protégé, Jacky Tauvry, diners can expect creative interpretations of classic dishes with seductive flavours that are truly worthy of their two Michelin-stars.

Located on the 25th floor, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Man Wah serves exquisite local and regional specialities. Often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, Man Wah’s décor and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline provide the perfect setting.by at lunchtime for dim sum dishes that are the talk of the city.

Set in the heart of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, The Krug Room is a ‘must-try’ for all visiting gastronomes. Created in partnership with the House of Krug, this is the only Krug Room in the world offering guests a chance to sample Executive Chef Robin Zavou’s brilliantly creative cuisine partnered with the world’s most prestigious champagne.

Café Causette’s lively show-kitchens serve a range of dishes from all over the world. Discover Asian favourites such as Nasi Goreng and Hainan Chicken Rice, on an extensive menu that also features classic international offerings such as The Mandarin Burger and pizzas that are considered by many to be the best in town. A range of organic, vegetarian friendly or gluten free options are also available for guests with special dietary requests.

Whether it’s Sunday champagne brunch in Hong Kong or a 5-star dinner buffet with the family, Clipper Lounge is where the city’s social elite come to meet. Something of an institution, Clipper Lounge is a long-established favourite with Hong Kong locals and hotel guests alike and a wonderful place to meet at any time in the day.

With a fabulous location on our 25th floor, M bar is the stylish epicentre of Hong Kong’s nightlife. Enjoying stunning views over the glittering skyline, we have established ourselves as one of the city’s most popular destinations. M bar serves a selection of rare, small batch spirits sourced from around the world, liqueurs handcrafted in-house, re-imagined classic cocktails, and cuisine by Chef Pierre Gagnaire.

Named after the famous British artist George Chinnery, The Chinnery enjoys a relaxed club-like atmosphere with deep upholstered armchairs, green leather banquettes and warm wood panelling. The Chinnery specialises in traditional British cuisine with classic dishes such as shepherd’s pie, fish and chips available for lunch and dinner. The Chinnery is home to one of the world’s largest collections of single malt whiskies. It also serves chilled draft beer in silver tankards by a veteran staff who know many guests by name.

Almost as famous as the hotel itself, Captain’s Bar is a city institution. Popular with both guests and locals alike, it has been Hong Kong’s favourite after-work watering hole for decades. Popular with guests who enjoy live jazz and blues, performances are held every Tuesday to Saturday evenings. Our cosy yet classic bar is a destination for unwinding and famous for serving draught beer in silver tankards, it’s the kind of place you stop by for a drink and stay all night.

Specialising in decadently delicious cakes, chocolates and patisseries, The Mandarin Cake Shop has been catering for Hong Kong’s sweet tooth for over 25 years. Under the watchful eye of Chef Yves Matthey, recipient of World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2017 as “Pastry Chef of the Year”, The Mandarin Cake Shop offers mouth-watering homemade delicacies including breads, pastries and incredible cakes made to look like exquisite sculptures.
