The Chalet Ormello
Situated right on the slopes, a few steps away from the Palace des Airelles, the Ormello Chalet is utterly unique thanks to its brutalist stone and sculpted wood architecture. Boasting nine spacious bedrooms, two of which have fireplaces, this is a chalet that will feel wonderfully warm and comforting on even the coldest winter night. Dominating the chalet is a dramatic sitting room with soaring cathedral-like ceilings, a dining room and a private bar. Partly decorated with fabrics and accessories chosen from the most precious cashmeres and the softest wools from the prestigious Loro Piana Interiors brand, each nook and cranny in theses cocoons has been meticulously designed and conjured up to welcome family and friends in all privacy. Just like at home, the crackling fire in the fireplace invites you to share moments, where history is written and lived. This authentic place extends the Airelles experience beyond the stay thanks to a selection of products coming from several of the collection properties. Amid the many “carnotzet” and restaurants of the area, Le Coin Savoyard is famous among wine and food lovers for serving only the very best. La Cave des Grands Crus
This season Les Airelles is excited to welcome a new bespoke dining concept, La Cave des Grands Crus, which will take place in the cellar of one of the chalets. Accessible via a separate entrance, this intimate dining experience, will involve up to 16 diners sitting around a large chef’s style table surrounded by an impressive collection of fine vintages and an open kitchen. During the evening, guests will have the opportunity to sample some exceptional wines which will be accompanied by tailor-made menus to match guest preferences.
The Bar
Clever cocktails, jazz and tapas to share are waiting for you at the Airelles bar. With delicious flavours to be savoured and a warm atmosphere, there is no better way to relax. The afternoon is the perfect time to make the most of the Airelles tea, which is enjoyed around a roaring fire.
