Recreation
The Spa at Four Seasons offers an intimate, enchanting escape. Its menu of treatments uses indigenous ingredients — essential oils, fruits and floral extracts, salt and clay — to foster the wellness that comes from within. Expert therapists combine techniques from Australia and around the world to provide the ultimate in pampering and rejuvenation, in an atmosphere of comfort and discretion. Among the Spa’s six treatment rooms is a suite especially for couples, which features a private steam shower room, double whirlpool and twin treatment beds. Candlelight, sensuous aromas and calming music set the tone.
Sodashi treatments are based on the products of the same name. In Sanskrit, sodashi means “wholeness, purity and radiance”. Sodashi’s products, made in Australia, contain 100% natural, luxurious and effective ingredients, used in all Sodashi spa therapies. From these natural sources from the earth and sea, Sodashi’s highest grade extracts and essential oils promise to stimulate the mind, body and spirit. Using caressing touch, exquisite aroma and a sense of ceremony, Elemis treatments seek to improve inner and outer health and beauty. All Elemis massages, body treatments and facials include a Thai foot-cleansing ritual, Indian scalp massage and 10 cultural touches from around the world.

Dining
In a city acclaimed for exceptional dining, Four Seasons has earned a truly outstanding reputation in four popular restaurants and bars. Menus highlight quality and creativity — showcasing fresh seafood, contemporary Australian regional specialties and Australia’s finest boutique wines. Kable’s, the Hotel’s premier restaurant, offers a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. Accessed from the lobby’s sweeping grand staircase, Kable’s offers modern cuisine in an elegant, contemporary setting of dark-stained parquet and rich carpeting. It seats 120, with private dining rooms available for 10 to 40 guests, and a chef’s table in the kitchen with seats for up to 20 guests. The chef’s table is a stainless steel work surface transformed into a dining table seating 10 to 20 guests. The chef creates a personalized five-course menu, each course expertly paired with wines from the extensive wine list. After dinner, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the kitchen, including chocolate tasting in the Chocolate Room. Signature dishes include: Tea-smoked oysters, eggplant, cucumber and dill relish on wontons; Wagyu bresaola, rosemary and truffle dressing; and Duck foie gras, crisp pastilla and spiced pear chutney.
Located on the pool deck, The Cabana features delicious fruit drinks and cocktails for the sun-seeker. Poolside snacks include gourmet sandwiches, salads, and sushi.
The Cafe serves French bistro-style cuisine featuring a variety of soups, pastas, and classic favorites including fish and chips and Four Seasons gourmet club sandwich.
The Bar, with its comfortable and stylish atmosphere, is a preferred meeting place for Sydney executives and visitors.
