Exquisite organic products have been chosen for their rare qualities and appealing scents. From Russian amber to pure gold, premium ingredients help to deliver a royal spa experience. Signature pampering treatments by Omorovicza infuse the healing thermal waters of Hungary with extracts of gold, a mineral that helps strengthen and heal the skin. Guests can indulge with these royal treatments designed to soothe all the senses. Together with the vitality pool and Russian steam room the hotel has 24-hour Fitness Centre which provides cutting-edge equipment for cardio and weight training.

Dining

Deriving its name from Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong, Sintoho offers a lively, contemporary ambience and a menu focusing on Japanese flavours with a northern Asian influence. Seating options include a sushi bar and a semi-private dining room featuring a teppanyaki table. Chef Leong Then combines the best Asian traditions in his creations.

At Percorso, which means “the journey” in Italian, guests can choose to sit in one of four distinct rooms including a bar, a lounge and a private dining room for 12 — to enjoy modern Italian specialties. Dining areas are enhanced by an open kitchen and St. Petersburg’s best wine cellar. Chefs Andrea Accordi and Valerio Andrisani have created a diverse menu reflecting the best traditions of all the regions of Italy.

In a glass-roofed atrium, the bright and airy Tea Lounge offers a sunny setting for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or light supper. Comfortable seating adjoins an indoor garden with year-round trees and flowers. The Lounge’s International menu features a selection of open-faced sandwiches, Russian favourites and what is being touted as the best club sandwich in town. The Lounge’s elegant afternoon tea features a choice of premium loose-leaf teas, assorted tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones and assorted miniature pastries.

In Xander Bar, named after Tsar Alexander I, who reigned at the time of the palace’s construction — the clubby, library atmosphere and double-sided fireplace create a warm welcome. Traditional and modern-style appetizers are served along with the city’s best selection of champagne by the glass, making Xander Bar the perfect pre-dinner meeting spot or a great place for cigars and cognac afterwards.
