Each of them has a unique design. Natural vegetation and lush landscaping provides privacy between the elevated villas. Sea View villas offer glorious views over Phang Nga Bay, while Mountain View villas face a classic plantation of rubber trees.
The philosophy of all Six Senses properties is to pay attention to the smallest details and special features of a region, as well as great concern for the environment. The unique technology of villas construction was drawn from local community, and there were used only environmentally friendly materials. A natural wood was used in the interior and exterior of all villas, the roofs made from sugar cane leaves. The villas offer very generous personal space plus a private infinity-edge pool with the pool deck. The terrace areas have sun loungers and an outside dining area. Location
Six Senses Yao Noi is between Phuket and Krabi, among the awe-inspiring limestone pinnacles of Phang Nga Bay. The resort can be conveniently accessed from both Phuket International Airport (HKT) and Krabi Airport (KBV). Six Senses Yao Noi can arrange car and boat transfers. Also helicopter transfer is available.
Infrastructure
The Six Senses Spa village is nestled into the lush tropical hillside. A Long House Suite is modelled on a typical village house from northern Thailand. It offers treatments designed to create a unique and memorable spa journey through four interconnected spaces. Using only naturally and ethically produced spa products, the treatment menu promotes traditional Thai healing practices and incorporates the four elements of earth, water, fire and air, to ensure the senses are balanced.
Despite the seclusion and calm relaxing atmosphere, guests won’t be bored during the holiday. The resort offers excursions to the Phang Nga Bay national park, fishing, rock climbing, yachting, helicopter rides, rubber mining demonstration, tennis, Thai boxing (May tai), cruises, barbecue in the organic garden, drawing on the batik, excursions around the island, exploration of local traditions, Thai cuisine cooking classes. Dining options are aplenty at Six Senses Yao Noi, complete with an international wine cellar.
The Dining Room restaurant offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine. The main dining area is on the lower level with several private dining pavilions among palm trees and wild plants. The restaurant features a creek meandering beneath a glass floor plus a Chef’s Table for a very personal dining experience for just eight guests. Enjoy cooking classes, wine evenings and degustation dinners.
Close to the beach, The Living Room presents world cuisine, with an emphasis on Thai, plus tandoori and pizza ovens, and an open grill. This all-day dining restaurant offers alfresco and undercover seating. Only natural materials were used in the construction and décor of the restaurant: a wooden floor, columns from coconut wood and a classic thatched roof. Cozy big sofas and couches create relaxing atmosphere. Offering enticing buffets at breakfast and special dinners near open kitchen can include a deli and patisserie. In addition, the resort has several separate pavilions for private dinners, where the chef will prepare meals according to the individual wishes of each guest.
The Hilltop Reserve is Six Senses Yao Noi’s most exclusive dining venue. It’s open for lunch and dinner and offers spectacular views out to Phang Nga Bay. It’s Thai dining at its very best.
Guests can enjoy two bars next to the pool. Passing along one of the tracks, you will find yourself in the Den bar, where you will be met by friendly staff who will offer you to try exotic cocktails and light snacks. Turning left you will enter the library hall and bar. There is a glass two-level wine cellar with hanging ladders for unhindered access to the second level. A two-level open bar also has several sublevels, that undoubtedly helps to create a more secluded atmosphere.
For secluded and romantic experiences the resort offers In Villa Dining. A personal butler will organize breakfast with champagne, a private picnic or an evening barbecue under the stars with a personal chef and waiter.
