Debuting in December 2017, The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai adds a new jewel to the brand luxury hospitality collection. Situated on the exclusive, manmade Jumeira Bay, an island carved into the shape of a seahorse and adjoined by a 300m bridge to central Dubai coastline, the sunny property is a true ‘urban oasis,’ for visitors and residents alike.
Designed entirely by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the renowned Italian architectural firm that has created all the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, the 158,000 square-metre property is a first-of-its-kind development for Bulgari, both in scale and magnitude. Charming with a Mediterranean village feel, the complex features the Resort, six residential buildings with 173 sea facing apartments, 15 private mansions, and Bulgari’s first-ever Marina and Yacht Club.
Comprised of 101 rooms and suites from 55 to 120 sq.m, as well as 20 Bulgari villas with pool from 175 to 540 sq.m, garden and sea-view, The Bulgari Resort Dubai offers a full range of amenities to let you enjoy your holiday.

Echoing the elegant design of the original Bvlgari Hotel Milano, Il Ristorante — Niko Romito at The Bvlgari Resort Dubai celebrates the rich heritage of Italy. Raised banquettes offer a better view of the Arabian Gulf, as a dramatic black ceiling gives the impression of dining at night under the sky. Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts’ own Michelin starred Italian chef, Niko Romito, has curated a blend of modern and classical Italian concept exclusively for Il Ristorante, interpreting the exquisite flavours of Italy with modern simplicity.
Sharing space with Il Ristorante — Niko Romito while featuring a seaside, the iconic oval Bulgari bar has become emblematic of the Bulgari hospitality collection, interpreted in different materials. For Dubai, its shape comes in a shiny chrome, offering a more sociable ambiance, with guests facing each other. Shimmering against a panoramic backdrop of the seaside promenade, it celebrates some of the most sumptuous views of the Arabian Gulf.

Located on the 4th floor of the Resort, japanese restaurant Hōseki is a minimalist jewel-box of a destination where guests can enjoy a one-of-a-kind gastronomic treat by Chef Masahiro Sugiyama. With just nine seats, dining at Hōseki is a unique Omakase experience, the most traditional way to savor Japanese food which means “I leave it to you”. After arriving through a special Tokonoma, or entry room, guests turn their palates over to the whims of the chef.Chef Sugiyama bases his courses on the preferences of those seated at the counter, as well as on the freshest and best ingredients of the day, so no two meals are exactly alike—but every single one is an exceptional journey into the heart of Japan’s culinary tradition.
